I have qualifications in a wide range of movement & meditation disciplines from owning a successful aerial studio to teaching reiki. This wealth of knowledge and experience has helped me shape an inclusive and nurturing teaching style.

Being drawn to the yoga mat from a young age I have the ability to integrate movement and flow from a range of practices. Life’s journey has provided me with experience and situations to enhance my understanding of yoga on and off mat. Following my light into reiki training from student to teacher, my classes flourish with energetic and chakra awareness alongside my natural loving and compassionate nature.

 

As an experienced qualified sound practitioner I unite reiki and yoga knowledge into sound journeys to provide an internal body wash with an intention for all students highest good.

As an experienced Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master my goal is to help people bring more balance into their lives. Within my sessions I incorporate a variety of traditional practices using energy, movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga. ​

 

Trained in India under the instruction of Dr Guarav Malik, I am able to provide a unique insight into Yogic Science, Philosophy, Mindfulness, Meditation & Breath work.

 

Later studying Reiki to Masters level, I provide reiki treatments supporting individuals and groups to find their true self.

 

A creative and compassionate individual, my aim is to fosters an encouraging supportive and fun environment for all.
